Good question! I don't actually inject them. No needle is required. I use these particular syringes because you only need a small dot of scent to be effective. You can easily overpower the fish by using too much. So, they're not actually injected. I really appreciate the question! Thanks for being here! The fireballs are hard to handle. They are tough with crushing or pressure on them, but they tear easily if you get them on a hook wrong or off center.

They are tricky, yes... But the scent is solid. They are the second slipperiest scent I have ever used.
