My favorite set I own is my Game of Thrones limited edition collectors blu-ray set. it's a work of art. Second favorite would have to be my Game of Thrones 4k steelbook set. Third is actually not Game of Thrones but my Hunger Games steelbook set. Hunger Games isn't my favorite movie series ever but the steelbooks look amazing.

I wish I could be a fan of the Godzilla Collection but I can't for the fact it is way too big and it doesn't house all the films, or at least Criterion release all the missing ones, sticking with my individual/2 pack Blurays and the big dvd collection, least until we get a new collection.

I have the criterion felini collection. Similar in size to the Godzilla one. I’ve had to put it under my living room table like a coffee table book. The worst shaped one they did was the guillermo del toro collection, shorter and wider than any blu ray or dvd, too small to really display and too wide to put on a shelf.

Great list, but I would have replaced the Godzilla box set with the Classic Monsters box set that is there to your left. What a fantastic set with each DVD having several movies featuring that monster along being loaded with special features.

Really great picks! So many amazing box sets over the years and I can't argue with your picks. Especially how groundbreaking the Halloween set was. As you mentioned the legal rights are all over the place with so many of them and the fact that we actually got the set is incredible.
