Hi. I have the lactek silicone flanges and noticed that my supply can be a lot less when I use them, definitely they don’t empty me at all. Any advice???

Hey girl I had a huge drop in my supply for my 2 month old... I'm an exclusive pumper since my boy is a preemie... about 3 weeks ago, I caught a bad cold and went from pumping 4oz to 1oz :( any tips?

Hey momma! I’m sorry to hear that😔 if it’s from being sick power pumping and pumping 5-10 minutes after empty every time may help. It may take a couple weeks of consistently doing those things to see any increase just so you know!
