A good watch relaxing and some good fish 👍 When you got wet on the boat ramp, i could feel that one, but then seen the reel next to you 😢💀. Soon as they cop a salt water splash takes hours to pull apart and service them. With the long rod and squid i find you just walk back a little. Often you can't see the squid being landed but trusting your friends and comunicating helps.

Luckily that reel is magsealed, just a little spray of fresh water afterwards and it is fine.

Yea I actually bought a little setup for it some time ago. If I catch another pinky I might take it to a quieter location to cook and make a wrap.

Humm this year I missed the window for squid but do you think is manageable in UL/BFS?

No because the jigs are too heavy

@@RicardoReview yea there are 1.8 size but this was about 4m and with the current it's a bit too slow so I used 2.5. most people use 3 or 3.5 size

@@RicardoReview yea that would be useless here. Too much depth and current. Maybe ok in some areas where it's 1mor you see some near the surface
