I love how you explain exercises for short people like us!!!. I'm 4 feet 11. I always did hip thrusts and glute bridges from a bench and always struggled with the position. Now im going to use the step blocks. Thank you❤

As a beginner, I have just started researching glutes, core, and cardio exercises. Wow, this video is absolutely fantastic and it took me longer to get through it because I was taking a fair amount of notes!!!! Thanks so much for clearly explaining the what, why, and how during the workouts because it was easy for me to understand all the different glute exercises. How often do you recommend that one should perform this glute workout? Finally, please keep the glute workout videos coming, and thank you so much for creating such fantastic content.

Thank you so much for this! Great video! I'm going to do this workout today, 27 weeks, 2. time pregnant (been lifting weights before and know how to alterate, no worries)💪. Do you ever do glute activation exercises, with a glute band for example or maybe you don't need it anymore because you're that advanced? What is your resting time in-between sets? How many lower body days do you do per week? Thank you 🙏

New to your channel and subscribed ❤ this is quality content. Im somewhere inbetween intermediate and beginner as far as training my muscles correctly (some exercises still working on the muscle/mind connection) and I have to say sharing your experience/knowledge for proper form and isolation is extremely helpful! Its so refreshing to watch an honest workout with no ulterior motives to misinform something trendy or sell a product. I'm so motivated to grow my lower half...this information is so helpful to help me get there. I'm vertically challenged and always dodged doing glute bridges because they never felt right. Now I know why 😂 😅 Also really commend you on your gains! Your physique is incredible and it shows that you are 100% dedicated and worked for everything you have. I hope to one day get the mobility in my ankles/feet to get into those deep squats/lateral squats. Still exploring your channel, if there are any daily stretches/mobility exercises you recommend to limber up? Thank you and happy lifting 💪🏻🦵🏼
