Good question! I would say Layton is the most versatile out of the bunch. But I also feel that on a cool summer night, especially for date night that yes these could all be pulled off.

Not a bad list at all. While I Do understand not having Carlisle on the list.....it is definitely for a more developed nose...but it can work for the masses but you can NOT overspray or the ladies will definitely be overwhelmed. I agree with Althair as #1. As much as I love Layton....Althair gets Many more compliments... it aint even close. Now...the disagreement. Pegasus as #2....I'd never put Pegasus above Layton. I would ...However, put Percival above Layton as far as compliment getting mass appeal. Hands down the most visceral reactions from a fragrance has been Percival for me. Until Althair. So...Oajan wouldn't make the list for me. 1-Althair 2-Percival 3-Layton 4-Carlisle 5-Herod Oajan is strictly a Christmas wear for me.

There’s a reason I didn’t put carlisle in the top 5. It’s one of the best fragrances from the house for sure, but I feel like you would have to have a mature nose or sense of understanding for fragrances to appreciate its greatness. It doesn’t have quite the mass-appeal effect that most of these could have

lol, I knew somebody would beat me up for not having carlisle on the list! I promise you, it was difficult making the decision not to add it in here. One thing I’ll say about Carlisle versus the others is for anybody looking to get into the house for the first time may not understand that fragrance fully, being it’s a more complex DNA. I think these in the video lean more towards being mass appealing
