Of all the reasons to love Dr George Miller I've got another one. My mum knew him. After he started making movies he kept doing shifts as a trauma surgeon at the hospital he always worked at because he believed it right not to waist his education and felt it his duty. I dont know how long this went on for but it was long after he was successful.

Great stuff! I for many years had it on my top 10 movie list. Must have seen it about 20 times. It is still on my top 20 list. Bruce Spence is also a favorite of mine and he is the The Trainman in Matrix 3 and "the toymaker" in Nightmares and dreamscapes Battleground.

The Road Warrior, as it was introduced as few have heard of Mad Max at the time, was easily the best 80's action movie, and its influence is immersurable. Cinematic gold! The Italian knock-offs were hilariously bad. Ya I remember the CGI cartoon Reboot paying homage.

Great👍. I like "Waterworld" too = fantastic story and entertainment. And "Mad Max 2" with Mel Gibson is of course one of the best movies ever made = All good ones have normal white cloths, all bad guys looks like Punks, freaks and the Antifa.

Well Mad Max 2 is being remade, just a little slower, the new remake will be called Mad Max 2 the Democrat reboot, cause that is what is happening to our cites, what is a great movie is coming to true to life here in the USA, dont believe me, go to NY, or SF, or Oakland, or Portland, or hell too many to list.
