I remember being a control freak during my g10 days bc I was so desperate to graduate with decent grades (there were only a handful of cooperative students at our class & it was quite time consuming trying to listen to everyone). It turns out well but the stress just wasn't worth it. Thank you for your advice!!!

MY FIRST SHS REGRET sa Grade 11 lalo na Transferee ako at Mahirap mag adjust is Pinili ko yung maling Strand which is STEM at Hindi Related sa pipiliin kong course, Multimedia Arts kasi mahilig ako gumuhit. Medyo nabaliw ako sa 4 weeks experience huhu, wala sa Online Enrollment ang Arts and Design Track sa google form and after that, sa 1st Day na Binanggit ng Adviser ko ang mga Tracks/Strands whatever and Nagulat ako nung Kasali ang Arts and Design but Isang Section lang. Sa 2nd week I wanted to say to my Adviser na gusto ko magswitch nung may nakita akong umalis sa GC Class (His reason is gusto niya mag modular pero same school parin) but I'm too scared and I Blame myself. I Feel Hopeless na Hindi ako makakapasa sa GenMath and Precal, But I wanted to try harder na intindihin ang Lesson kahit medyo Confusing para lang Makapasa and Magswitch Next Senior Year.

I always wanted to talk to you whenever we bumped into each other around the campus but we were all too preoccupied that time so I didn't really pry. @Kosorou Gaming Studio Archives I'm an ABM student because unfortunately the strand i want (Either HUMMS OR STEM) was full and the only option I got was ABM and i was so worried because I am very ultra mega super bobo in math (nangongopya lang nung junior high school bwahahahhahahha) pero gulat ako kasi more unto analysis lang math sa ABM hahahahahah

Even tho the A&D School I am in is bad, I can't even regret since it was the only school with the strand. I don't regret anything since I became more independent and know more about myself. The amount of free time from being unfacilitated got me to learn things by myself since the school doesn't really teach anything. They do teach stuff, but same stuff as other track but without math. Maybe I feel a little regret of going to senior high school but I don't think I should since I did meet some interesting people.

sir may i ask if can i still take HUMMS strand when i like to get like Filming Production course in College ?? or should i go for Arts and Design Strand?

I think HUMMS is still relevant to film production especially for writing and directing. It's really up to you because you're strand won't really affect your college program application

For me Humss is more suited for masscom but it depends on you naman. Arts and Design will work for you kung ang focus mo ay media arts

Hello po I would like to ask for anyone's recommendation kasi next school year shs na po ako and I already started planning my decisions I want to be a science teacher Can anyone tell me your suggestion kung anong strand po ang bagay sa akin HUMMS OR STEM? Ayoko po kasing mag regret sa path na pipiliin ko salamat na po agad

I think HUMSS po, g11 nadin ako this school year, and HUMSS ang strand ko kasi gusto ko din mag edu sa college, teacher kase tita ko, and nagbigay siya ng advice na HUMSS daw piliin kase maeenhance yung writing skills mo (which is na very required daw if you want to be a teacher). Second thing din is yung ma prapractice ka magsalita sa madaming tao, which is na need talaga ng pag mag teteacher ka, kase you have to know what strategy ang gagamitin mo sa students mo para makinig sila sayo o sa lesson mo. Pang tatlo, napapagaralan sa HUMSS ang behaviour ng isang tao, which is advantage sayo in future pag mag o-ojt kana kase pwede motong gawin sa students mo and sa co-teachers mo.

May mga universities na nag-ooffer ng Arts and Design sa shs tapos they also offer art programs for college. Pwedeng magstay ka na lang pero you still have to apply and pass their entrance exam for college katulad sa ust.
