When i was in 8th grade , -(im not trying to brag or anything)- but i was a great dribbler and i would get passed defenders quick, but one day we got a new coach and he dint like players to make individual plays and he made it a habit on me and my team to just pass pass pass....i lost my touch, but ever since i been watching your control/dribbling videos i been getting better again, and i saw that i learned a lot from you and your vids, and i have been reading the e-book and secret vids you have on your website, i really appreciate the work you do , and ever since iv been using/watching your vids, i have now become a starter player on my team

The secret to good dribbling is to choose three simple moves you know are effective and you like. Then build from them to became more versatile. For me those three moves were : a) Shoulder Feint b) Cutting in and out (Messi style) or (Dragging style) c) Scissors After you became comfortable with those moves you make them apart of your dribbling routine and then you further expand them so you don't became predictable. If you master the three moves you choose, it becomes easier to do other moves like, Step-overs, the Messi overstep, the Cruyff, Maradona 360, and even the bicycle. This is what l see the professionals do, they all have base moves.

So true dont hesitate don't be afraid! In my last game i just ran with speed and 1-2 changes of direction past def, 2 times I ran into a 3rd def the other 3 times a got a past and got shots on the goal one went in! Just do it! :)

Getting past a defender at speed isnt all to hard, the harder part is receiving the ball, having to control it and find a way to get past them using one of these tricks.

sir I followed ur every guidence ..I analysed the best dribbler I what I noticed in them was just agility and speed with close control.even himself messi uses his agility and speed to beat every (we never notice these things when he dribbles).now days I just follows these principles .def. just get beaten easily..
