I once hit my shed window and smashes it in my old house and now in my new house I hit the shed window once and cracked it a bit and an hour or so later I hit it again and ended up having to clean up peices of shed window almost 5 feet away from my shed because it went everywhere because of how hard I kicked it. you're hitting too low. the same kind of spin also happens when you do a high arching long pass or a chip shot. if you lean over the ball, you're foot tends to hit the middle rather than the bottom.
