It’s also nice to have a way to separate your business hours from private/free time - to help you stay focused on your work say from 9 to 5 and stay relaxed (separated from work) the rest of the time. For example arrange your desk, chair, light, and stuff around you a little differently for those time periods, so that your brain subconsciously knows whether it’s working time or free time.

My work from home tip is to make sure you have proper ventilation as far as air conditioning during the summer in case the sun shines on one side of your home during the day in a room that normally gets really hot. Also your heating during the winter should be considered to make sure you're not working in a really cold room. Thanks for everything @krystallora 🤗❤

My favorite work from the home tip is having a comfy seating position and a good chair since you will be sitting for long periods of time. The room must be silent and you must take breaks of screen time even though it is work-related to your eyesight is saved.

My favorite tip is the first one, it correlates well with mental health. We all know mental health is important which is why I’m glad you mentioned it, and is my favorite.

Make sure you have a work setup at home so it does not interfere with your home setup. Clear definition is always nice and improves your productivity.

My work from home is very simple. All I need is a somewhat organized desk, good lighting, a comfy chair, some tunes playing in the background during breaks and especially snacks. Love this video btw! Perfect timing! 😊

Taking a break is my first go to when I'm stuck with something. Just 5 minutes away from the computer tends to help most of the times. Great video!

Take 15 minute breaks if you can. Try to take a full lunch break as well. Keep water by your side. Move locations in your house. Try to purchases a stand up desk which is helpful.

My tip is to get an external monitor, keyboard and mouse if using a laptop for a long time. You don't need anything too fancy, just so you don't hunch over for hours.

My work from home tip is to create a balance. Work and short breaks require balance and are important in remaining efficient. With my job, I try to remind myself to take these breaks in between work and meetings. Thanks for the vid Krystal.

My tip #6 would be, ask for help! When we do work from home, we often forget that we can still contact and speak to colleagues to collaborate and get help - it's easy to start up a meeting and get a conversation going

My tip would be to try to find a comfortable space in your house where you can work in peace and to use that space only for work. Once the same space is used for "playing" and "working", at least in my experience, the work aspect is losing the quality

What chair do you have?
@hextechmagikarp46103 жыл бұрын
Biggest tip is buy a comfortable chair. It can even be your couch. Can't stress enough about it since your back is your friend and gamers look past it until they realize it at an older age.

The headphone tip. That would help cut down on background noise and you wont have to worry about if your being heard clearly since the mic is closer. Keep up the good work.
