Nice list of the 6 narrow gauge engines you listed out as your favorites! I believe the narrow engines I chose for my list are Peter Sam, Fearless Freddie, Duncan, Mighty Mac, and Sir Handel which Sir Handel is my favorite narrow gauge engine because of that unique rear wheel he has along with the blue color on him! If I had to pick one more narrow gauge engine in my list to make it a Top 6, I would go with Luke because I remember watching Blue Mountain Mystery along with the episodes of Luke such as Luke’s best friend! 😃

6. Of course! I just love him too much because of his iconic UK laugh! And not only that, but he appears more in my Rewritten series. 5. He's quite an important engine, I'd quite like to see more narrow gauge tender engines! 4. I LOVE this one! It's an awesome idea to have two engines in one. 3. He's a pretty relatable engine, not to mention his backstory was extremely heartbreaking and tragic. 2. Well he is actually my favourite narrow gauge engine! He'd be more great if he'd had his RWS livery in the TV series. 1. Now, I'm going to be a little bit bias here. But I thought he was a villain like some people said when he clearly isn't! No wonder I can relate to this one!

I've especially wanted to mention that I personally love all the narrow-gauge engines in this list, but especially Duncan starting directly in the show's 4th-12th seasons in model form, and then after a total of exactly 6 seasons of no appearances throughout seasons 13-17 when each character got their own voice actors! Then, starting directly in the show's very own complete switch to the CGI era in the show's 18th season throughout the show's full CGI animation era! I've especially wanted to also apparently mention that Duncan's whistle happens to be the only whistle of the narrow-gauge engines that hasn't been changed throughout the show's entire series from models all the way to the full CGI animation era! In fact, he'd been mentioned in the show's very own complete switch to the animation era of CGI in the episode titled Don't Bother Victor when Rheneas mentioned about Duncan's rattling rods! Also, apparently for another fact is basically that his actual return to the show was basically in the episode titled Duncan and the grumpy passenger where he's got fed up while dealing with a grumpy passenger!

My favourite narrow gauge engine is Skarloey. And always will be, because the first classic Thomas episode I watched was of Skarloey, which was the Old Bridge from Series 7. And I absolutely love his personality and his classic series whistle (His CGI whistle isn't bad, but doesn't suit him at all). My favourite episodes of him were The Old Bridge, The Runaway Elephant and Snow, Also an honourable mention to A Bad Day for Sir Handel.

He’s my favorite character too, no one can change that. I’m actually the opposite, I hate his model series whistle. I think the CGI one suits him better because it’s so much stronger. At first I was taken aback by it, but it really grew on me. His personality in the early model seasons, and the CGI era is amazing, and he’s the reason I got back into the show in the first place.

@@TrevortheTrainFan I think they should have televised ivo hugh and Fred during let's say series five and we could actually get a view of Fred even though it would be impossible to make models of those I would have to 3D print them instead of just cutting up other locomotives and using their parts and also unlike in The railway series they can develop his personality more by writing more stories about ivo hugh and I would also have Toby's discovery canceled in order to keep Duke still existing and why not smudger in the episode not Bertram he doesn't deserve to exist and yes they can build up his personality just like
