So Cool! Please explain your spider mite homemade solution that you were talking about. That'd be helpful.

So I mix a bit of kitchen liquid soap, a bit of rubbing alcohol (I use a leftover liquid sanatiser spray solution), a bit of Neen oil, very very little hydrogen peroxide 3% solution (available on amazon) and mix it all in 3 liters water...below is the proper recipe: For 1 litre water 1/8 part 70% medical alcohol 1/8 part hydrogen peroxide (3% diluted food grade) 1/4 part gentle liquid kitchen soap or castile soap Very little neem oil (2 caps of the bottle) Remaining parts water (1 litre) Have done a video on this but the new addition is the neem oil which is making the recipe way better Pls note to spray this only late night or very early morning. If sunlight or grow lights hit the plant still wet with this spray, if sill burn the leaves. Also make sure to spray on both sides of the leaves and mainly around the sinuses where the mites hide. Try to massage the solution on the leaves by hand or a brush if possible. I prefer to spray it at night, leave the plants to dry up there itself and move them back into their spot the next day.

Your top-1 plant is STUNNING! Could you please explain a bit about the extender you mentioned and potting media? Can you suggest affordable contacts to get crystallinum like yours?
@CasualLeaves4 ай бұрын
Hi there 🌿 thank you so much 🎋 The pot extender is a DIY...I used an old moss pole sheet to make it...covered it one of the video...will add it in the description box too...here's the link kzbin.info/www/bejne/eZrGdIOobax_l7ssi=epowLVn8LFopZIob I got my plant from budsnblush.com long back when this plant was hard to find. You can take it now from various sellers. Check with Miya Gardens or House of Merak (both on instagram) for good quality options

@@CasualLeaves That's cool. I love the idea of repurposing an old moss pole. I'll be checking out your video. Thanks for sharing the link and the tip about adding it to the description box! I appreciate the plant sourcing recommendations as well. It's good to know there are more options available now, and I'll keep those Instagram sellers in mind. Thankyou!

I really like the quality and price point of plants from house of merak on instagram. Recently tried Miya Garden on Instagram...they are good too...apart from that for common houseplants littlejungle is good too...it's all bit of trial and error and luck with the final plant we get delivered 🌿

You can check out House of Merak and Miya Gardens (both on instagram) for good quality options of rare houseplants 🌿 apart from that littlejungle is good, at times amazon has some good plants too. I have tried budsnblush.com too in the past and they were fine as well. Blooming string is another one.
