Hi! So those two are completely different products, the nectar is more of an oil, the root renewal spray is not an oil at all and focuses on refreshing, helps to lift scalp build-up, and is more of a pre-poo treatment though it can be used in other ways

As someone who takes it internally the formula has changed and is much weaker then it used to be. You can even see the change in color. Old braggs is much much darker in color

If you've been taking it consistently for years, your body will start to adjust and how it affects you will start to calm down. We never truly know with these brands, but the brand seemed pretty adamant about its current stance.

Hi! I've wanted to try the WOW products but I haven't looked into them. For frizz I typically apply product on wet hair and then immediately apply an oil afterwards to seal my strands. This helps my curls to not look so frizzy
