Microdosing LSD can increase neuro-plasticity, increase the frequency of flow stats and increase creativity, energy and percetive abilities. The downside of course is that it is illegal.
@TheBioneer6 жыл бұрын
Yes there is a link between LSD microdosing and flow states you are right - apparently a lot of extreme sports athletes do it. Like you say, shame about the legal issues and health risks...

Microdosing LSD is the closest limitless drug or supplement I've ever found. I learn nearly 2x-10x times faster and fall into flow in any area insanely easy. Much of my success in programming I can attribute to fire spinning and LSD microdosing. I'd add that one should not microdose more then once or twice a week at most as the cells in your body can get wrung out quickly. Be smart, mediate, and be present with how your body feels, move forward accordingly.

Magnesium threonate is pretty great. It's by far the most expensive form, coming in at 3-4x the price of the far more common citrate or bisglycinate forms, so if you're on a budget, you might need to cycle it, but it is definitely the form that crosses the blood-brain barrier most readily. I take 165mg every morning with my empty stomach stack, and 250mg of magnesium citrate before bed, because magnesium cycles through the body roughly every 12 hours, so you can take that high a dose without shitting your pants. The reason ZMA formulas use the aspartate form of magnesium is because the magnesium has to be bound to something for bioavailability, whether it's glycine or citric acid or aspartic acid. In this case I think they just do it with aspartic acid because that's an amino acid involved in muscle tissue synthesis. I don't bother with ZMA because I get all those nutrients elsewhere so it wouldn't be cost effective for me.

I think the only multi vitamins worth taking are ones containing bio available ingredients, a lot of multis contain cheap synthetic vitamins which your body can’t absorb. Only problem is there a bit more pricey.

George Childs can you name a few for reference. The country I am from has many cheap quality vitamins. With your reference I can at least cross check the labels for them.

Don't waste your money, these things don't work. I tried them, took multiple a day for a few weeks. Did nothing. Literally 0 change.
