Any chance of you occasionally doing videos without adding in background music? I like your channel except for this. I usually don't follow channels that do this period, but I like the vibe of your channel, so I look at it with the sound muted sometimes.

am i the only one who's more intrigued about what you're programming and the device at 12:15 xD ? but seriously, all the high paying jobs i've held require a dress code that's very restrictive and they don't have the space outside to move. they look at me like a crazy person when i start doing lunges or pushups under my desk in the office . . . too bad i can't find a work from home job ;=;

Very simple advice yet super effective It doesn’t explain everything but I think in this time and age or rather modernity the main problem begins with comfort I cannot forget people who are saying “I’m physically active I bike to work I bought an e-bike cycling to work I’m not training but I skip breakfast” While having artificial stress and drinking a lot off caffeinated beverages

Everything you mentioned in this video has happened to me in the last 8 years as a result of sitting and studying (I’m 24). Specially the fascia point which feels so painful deep in my back and chest. It’s killing me. How do you cure this man

Two questions: One, how do you build out your squatting office? Two, who's your extra camera person? I remember you have a drone for some of these shots; can't tell if you're using it for all tracking shots

Does speed n weight combined equal power? And does this out class strength in a fight. Like if a truck hit you at the speed of a sports car?

Please make a video for construction workers. At 55 years of age I’m still holding on and studying all information that will help me stay healthy, in shape and functionally balanced. Martial arts helps, but age is catching up with me.

You need to gain your reward from the process, rather than the result. The Bhagavad Gita says something like, man has a right to their labour, but not the fruits of their labour. Once you work that out, staying consistent is never a problem, and the gains come as a byproduct.

Great video, helpful and impactful to a lot of people. :) I notice you have the same bent in your legs during L Sit at 14:01 as I have... it's a flexibility issue I believe, I can do full splits but in that area I lack some flexibility. I used to do L sit chinups, whenever I haven't done them in a while and I have too little time or am too exhausted to put in time at the gym... I'll do 3-5 sets of 10+ reps L Sit chin ups and I'll feel it in my core the next day, however, recently I started doing them a little more often focusing on keeping the legs straight and I haven't felt DOMS in my core after. I wonder if it's my body adjusting to the challenge, or it's that I'm using my quads to keep the legs from bending and it's carying the weight of my legs rather than my core doing so, kinda feels like it. What do you think? MyL Sit chin up looks better now but feels less challenging.

Bioneer, I love your videos mate! Would love to get your thoughts on the best professions that best use the ranges of motion, movement etc. you talk about in these videos. Asking as someone who works in a construction office and is lucky to do 3k steps a day but does kettlebell and weight training 3-4 times a week

My current job has me standing for long periods of time. One reference suggested that I sit during my breaks with my feet up to help with the strain. I also try to stand with my knees slightly bent, in as good a posture as I can manage, and move whenever I can so that I'm not static. I am also trying to do exercises that help me hold my posture for longer.

Thank you for always inspiring movement, mental health and being real. Oddly coincidental that I opened random page to a book on my coffee table that I had not read in a while: “Mind over muscle”-writings from the founder of Judo, Jigaro Kano. I’m almost 58 years old and always moving, support our freeway & bridge construction crews in safety & risk mgt for 25 years, and attempt to encourage wellness & range of motion strength activities for all of them. Whether it’s too much physical activity, or too little, all moment with full range of motion is important. Strains & sprains are common in all industries and normally it’s a result of over exertion in predictable movement - and not always related to weight. Repetition can build strength, but also deterioration because not all body parts are being utilized equally. Isolation & separation of body parts is not a good approach because that’s not how the body functions; it’s meant to move together for functional movement - as many of your videos have demonstrated. The reality of strength training, mobility and reconditioning range of motion is do a little bit over time, but “length is strength”-elongate the movement-little by little. Everyday people need to just do something simple, fun and not make it another pain in the task that is unsustainable. Whether it’s flexing calf muscles (your second heart) for 10 reps, or 1/2 wall push up-do something different. Be your own life coach. The body will and can heal stronger, you just have to be patient, consistent and keep learning/trying. Ok…now I’ve done my 3rd cycle of air relax leg compression for leg warm up-off to downhill skateboard. Also my intermittent fast day-typically 20 & 4 and do that about 2 times a month. Thank you, again…being real and genuine are hard to find and glad I found both in your channel.

You have (in my humble opinion) the rare ability to present complex but not complicated advice in your videos. I really love your approach, they keep my attention on your message and diversify my attention as to what fitness really is. Thanks. I work a highly labour intensive job and train most mornings. Some advice on not overtraining, perhaps diet for folk like me who struggle to maintain the weight/muscle gained in the gym would be wonderful. Peace ✌️

I would find it very helpful if you do a video about physical workers. I am a carpenter and already have to move in a lot of different ways on the jobsite. There is crawling, carrying equipment over sand an mud, climbing scaffolds, working overhead. And sometimes carrying heavy loads in not optimal positions. I try to think of this as training and try to maintain awareness so I dont hurt myself. A lot of this comes from your channel. Thank you an keep it up!!! But at the end of the day there is sometimes only some minutes of jump rope possible.

I could follow Bioneer's advice all day but I will never be seen in public with barefoot shoes. I want to retain a little of my dignity. And advertising them as "stylish" is a stretch more massive than Bioneer's biceps.
