Love your videos! In a video you did a year ago, you claimed that although Airbnb is a great company, you feel it's a bit expensive with a P/E ratio of about 40. Although today their P/E ratio is 19, it's not exactly accurate, since $2B of it was inflated by tax benefits during Q3 of 2023. Do you still believe the current price is reasonable and not too high?

There will be some here and there like the New York ban. But that'll be an outlier. And overall I think bans show the value of Airbnb given a jump in hotel prices in NYC.
