Thanks again for answering my question. Knowing the training VLOG will wind down, and with that in mind, perhaps my final question...do you know how blessed we all feel for you giving us a glimpse into your training world and taking the time and effort to share your adventures? I sure hope so! Your weekly VLOG has been a high point in the start of my weeks and a motivator to get back into serious training for races and adventures to come.

Thank you, Patrick, very kind words. I have enjoyed being pushed by the series and I'm happy it was well-received.

In the Netherlands we have: de Nijmeegse 4 daagse. Its 4 days of walking (so not running) 50k with thousands of people. Maybe something new to try for next year?

Hello Wes. I really enjoy your videos. I've got a question in regards how to choose a running coach. What is the best way to search for one? Knowing of course the kind of races to run ( In this case races for 50K, 50M up to 100M) and what are your thoughts working with a coach mostly online? Thanks

Will your Montana race in June include a shorter distance (50m) as well as 100?
