I have been on the fence about starting my own business for several years now, but the joy and motivation is always knocked back by the negative thoughts in my head, always telling me "you can't do it". This was so good Sally, loved hearing about the journey you’ve been on and I definitely am interested in learning to quiet the negativity and anxiety, this time is definitely a gift to us and in a lot of ways I’ve felt like as a family we’ve done so well, but now my Grandad has died it knocked me sideways. I’m keeping to routines to keep me going as I’m so scared of slipping and anxiety taking over. Found what you said fascinating and would love to know more in the future x

Is this limited to your career or does it ripple into your values and beliefs or even personal style? How did you manage to get to the place your in now and have the confidence to be your unique self? Hi Lovely, thank you so much for your message and for your openess and honesty too 🙏 I feel you and totally resonated with what you said. It is all interlinked and it was actually a traumatic situation that catapulted back onto this journey. I realised I needed to do the inner work to truly heal and be set free and to really see what was being triggered inside of me which then made me react in ways that I wouldn't react now. Since then I've completely shifted my mindset, I can distinguish between my true self and my ego self (the more negative voice) but it's all a journey, there is so much I'd love to share with you. you must be very careful with spiritual retreats a friend of mine tried opening her chakaras and unfortunately encountered some terrible entities that attached themselves to her......she was an emotional wreck

Yes I agree, I'm very aware of the spiritual world and other side that isn't of the highest love & light. I make sure that I am protected though and pray that I am only connected to the highest vibration of love ❤️
