thank you for this delight of a video!!! starting with the highland cows was correct, but the entire thing was precious. what a magical time :') when you talked about things being almost TOO beautiful i startled, because that's exactly how i felt when i was in newfoundland recently! newfoundland is GORGEOUS. and bizarrely, i also had a similar feeling to the one you describe about it being home but unfamiliar?! i've been saying that being in newfoundland was like being home and on vacation at the same time. also, as others have said: the editing job you did here is truly impressive and so delightful, absolute joy to watch

I hope you had a great time here, it looked like you had fun. I live directly in the middle of Edinburgh and Glasgow and I certainly take it for granted. Landscapes are my favourite art to make, yet I rarely paint my surroundings. Pretty sure you have made more art of Scotland in 2 weeks than I have in 33 years 😂 I have thousands of references and go out once a week to a place I want to paint but end up taking photos and never doing it. This vlog has inspired me!

i see hairy coos all the time, can never get enough of them🥰🥰 this summer was def a lot more rainy than it usually is, the last few days were more like a normal summer here lol

Highland coos are the cutest cows ever! We have them here in Australia too, but they’re rare!!

there are some in canada too since they can deal with the cold, but im not sure if they use them for food, or they are just big fluffy lawn coos lol seeing the tiny fluffy calves is great, i keep meaning to take my camera next time we are at glamis in the spring to get more photos of them to draw 🙂🙃

I LOVE Vegemite! We grow up with it here in Australia :) the best way to eat it: toasted fresh white bread, lashings of butter melted on top and then a thin layer of Vegemite YUM grill some cheese on top for extra YUM!
