I believe it took her several years to see consistent profits, so you're not seeing her because it's a bubble, you're seeing her because she has finally made it. It's kind of sad seeing all this hate from people who know so few variables. she could be an ugly dude and then you guys would blindly trust her? Wouldn't it be possible to compensate for that risk, by reducing the possible price movement before you get out? So if you get in right above the trend line and it breaks the trend line, you lost just a tiny bit. But when your assessment was correct you can climb up significantly. Of course when you get in at a local high, when you are far away from the trend line, you lose a lot of money before you find out, that the trend doesnt continue. Just my thoughts, would be happy if someone with more knowledge told me if that works in reality. That way if you are only right every 5th time, maybe you could still be profitable🤷♂️
@Un0rthodox475Ай бұрын
Hmmm, I'm not sure if I am missing your point or not but her entry is only once the candle that breaks the trend line closes above it. She always waits for the body to close through it. As a previous commenter said, her stop loss is relatively small compared to how much she would make because she is close to the bottom. It could very well be a fake out but that is always a possibility regardless of strategy. You could wait for swing highs to enter but then your SL gets bigger with every swing. Just my thoughts, happy to here if you meant something else.

remember fellas, discretion is key. Price action was already there and lines, drawings, and boxes don’t change anything beyond telling you a story of what happened through a new perspective. Intuition is what gives you an edge. If your trading can be explained and broken down, then it can be automated, which long term will never ever make you profitable. Be real.
@truereality846 ай бұрын
It is interesting what you say. Although I would think that logic, probability, and risk management are the foundations. If you don’t have those and go by your “intuition” you are likely to make a huge mistake somewhere down the line. One thing to consider is that people who have accurate intuition usually have vast experience in their area of intuition, which means intuition will be less dependable on average the less experienced you are.
@luisf.83636 ай бұрын
Look at platinum. The reason she explained it on platinum is because it has those channels where you can enter a trade and let that run till it changes direction. You can set stoploss under youre entry and if you want do like trailing stop. Assets with more volatility wont work so good cause they suddenly change direction and youre out.
@TheIzzyInvestmentInsight6 ай бұрын
@@truereality84 let me give you some real knowledge… Experience is the separator. The reason we see profitable traders is because they’re making intuitive decisions that can’t be quantified into an algorithm. Discretionary traders are trading on intuition, which is only gained through experience and so much time that price action as become an internalized language. My point is, a guru can sit here and make a post explaining how his/her “strategy” works and makes money. However, it’s just for the views and there’s is no anecdotal evidence to consider if a guru is profitable at all. Just like ICT was exposed. I’m pointing out how all these gurus unbelievably have this simplistic child-like notion that trading can taught explicitly, when intuitive is implicitly learned. That’s how the big dawgs trade. Real traders.
@TheIzzyInvestmentInsight6 ай бұрын
@@truereality84 To be quite frank, what I’m saying is the absolute truth. Becoming profitable can ONLY be done through implicit learning, simple. Experience is the separator, it’s because their making intuition decisions that can’t be quantified into an algorithm. They have knowledge, but it is not of the verbal and declarative kind. My point is gurus and etc can post a video explaining their “strategy”, but It’s most likely just for clicks and will not work long term as I’ve seen no evidence of profitable. Take everything you see on the internet with a grain of salt. In reality, discretionary traders are trading on intuition, which is only gained through experience and so much time that price action has become an internalized language. Yet people are trying to teach it explicitly. The true learning in any strategy happens through price action ( the common denominator of all approaches), and this learning develops the discretion required to make any system work. You can only learn when and when not to follow your system through hours of practice by trading and experimenting.
@JohnSmith-zs1bf6 ай бұрын
There's a lot of discretion in what she just showed. For example where she said she would enter in the trendline break, a new trend had not yet been established. It could have gone sideways, or continued down after that "break". It wasn't until the new trend put in two higher lows that she could even draw the up trend line.

As someone who has been trading for over 15 years. I'll explain why some people are annoyed in the comments. Trendlines work until they don't. Ive been in markets which lasted nearly a few years with insane VIX (volatility) either being too low or too high in which almost nothing works. Or markets where you're spot on for finding direction but big whales and HFTs stop you out before continuing in the predicted direction. I don't doubt the money she's made, but if i had a time machine and sent her to different time periods she'll be lucky if she makes a $.
