Saturday August 13th TinFoilChef passed away. It hit me hard so I had to make a tribute to him as he brought me countless hours of entertainment.

Very talented and very beautiful tribute. Thank you for honoring TinfoilChef with your video. It helps me cope. I miss him dearly and I never had the pleasure to meet or talk to him. Most people didn't get him and his style (both video & play), but TFC was my favorite Hermit. We had a lot in common by the way we liked to play Minecraft, our 'gripes' about Minecraft, to both being old and old school. His fans have been really protective of him and very supportive during this. His death has really hit me hard. I find comfort in how the different Hermits have honored him, and personally by watching his older Hermitcraft videos. (And the weirdness of TFC going from 112k subscribers to 121k since his passing.) I believe that TFC would appreciate this tribute, (although he'd point out he doesn't do _strip_ mines, just branch mines, but then again, the strip mine hasn't been started, so that's fitting). Maybe, just maybe, dig a branch mine every once in a while. ⛏ A torch every 5 blocks, for 32 torches. ⛏ “Thanks for watching, take it easy, I’m outta here.” - TFC; Rest in Peace, Go with God.
