@jasminejohnson71682 жыл бұрын
@@vishrohi5198 U can't do anything about it but try to wash your face at least three times to keep it clean and then apply moisturizer as per your skin type.. And always keep a seperate towel to wipe ur face never wipe with the one used for head or body.. And try touching your face only when you really have to..

@@mandalshalini It's a request try to go for homoepathic or ayurvedic treatment (whatever you want). I have seen my friends and cousin treated by these pathies. And one of my sister's friend being a allopathic dr took these med. Because they very well know OCPs are dangerous for our body , it has a LOT of side effects. Allopathy doesn't have permanent treatment for this disease.

you are very bold shalini. the way u show the reality of your skin hats off. during my teenage years I have also faced the same and oh my god I was so bullied by society especially by boys. then medication and lasers and all stuff. too much pressure on my father. now it is controlled a bit. but i still have five o clock shadow on my upper lip. as I have thik male mustache during my teenage due to pcos. now I grew thicker skin. so if someone bullied again it hurts a little less. but again the pain remains. you can't completely get rid of the problem so with the bullies and heartache. I wish all the girls out there understand that if can't fix it u got to stand it. there are lot of people struggling with much bigger problem with their bodies what about them? and you are not your body only. you are much more of that. so any suicidal thought or something just shake it off and dust it off and move on... no matter how bad it feels at times.

@popopopa17192 жыл бұрын
Why compare with celebrities? People who have texture or skin issues...it can clearly be seen in real life...even with makeup...some people act like we only see people in social media...in real life there are people who have naturally good skin and those who have skin issues...both are visible in actual life. Just like people...some celebrities have skin issues...some have naturally good skin...but even if they show that...some people can't digest it and say it must be something else...there should be acceptance for all kinds of skin...I have mostly seen rich kids...eating too much junk or having an awesome life but with skin issues and simple middle class girls with glowing skin...I guess some people have not seen naturally good skin in classmates or relatives so they find it difficult to accept and think the person is hinding some secret.

Have been suffering from pcod since last 10 years. The major issue that i have been facing is hair thinning. I used to have thick hair but this disease has taken away almost 80% of it. Also mood swings, emotional trauma and what not! It's takes a lot of courage to deal with this condition. But i have tried to understand what is good and what is bad for me. The one thing which is positive about this disease is that it is going to make u follow a healthy lifestyle otherwise you have to bare with it, no choice.

I get acne when I shave, wax or thread my face. Try hair trimmers for face instead, it makes a huge difference in acne. For dark circles and dull skin, water, lots of fruits, vegetables and greens and greens and greens really works. Use a good CTM routine, vit C, Aha and bha also help. But diet is the most important. Clear skin is achievable!

My struggle- I started getting acne when I was 18, but it wasn't at its worst until I graduated from college. In 2019, my hormones became imbalanced (I have hypothyroidism since 2014), and my acne worsened to the point where I didn't dare to look in the mirror... It was the worst time of my life; I tried everything, I spent a lot of money on it, I started working out, I started eating clean, and I also gave up on dairy, sugar, rice... But nothing worked...I used to cry every night, in front of my mother, I tried to calm myself down but it was difficult, I went to two or three dermatologists but nothing worked, then, I eventually got to know about a dermatologist and went to see her, where I began my Isotretinoin journey ( never take Isotretinoin medicine without medical supervision, NEVER)..... After 8 months on this journey, my acne began to clear up, and by the end, I had completely clear skin... But as the side effects of that medicine began to appear, my hair became thin, I began to experience massive hair loss, joint pain, bloating, and other symptoms..... However, it vanished after 6 months. Hair began to regrow, and joint pain subsided.... But, from then on, I started taking care of myself even more, gave up sugar, rice, fast food, and packaged foods... I started doing yoga and started eating more vegetables, fruits and clean food.... After that, I completely transformed myself, and I stopped taking myself and my health for granted.... I still get pimples when I'm stressed or when I don't take care of my skin because of my hectic schedule, and whenever I eat some bahar ka khana ( kbhi kbhi chlta h).... But it no longer affects me or my mood..... So, guys, don't take yourself for granted, go to a dermatologist if you can afford it, start taking care of yourself, start eating clean, and after so much struggle and sleepless nights, I realised that your pimples do not define your worth, you are worthy enough with or without pimples..... Much love to everyone...❣️ Aur agr koi zyada suggestion de na toh unhein bolo ke dude talk to my hands I'm not listening, kuch sunai nhi de rha h.... 😂.... Thodi der ke liye sunne ki shakti khatam ho gyi h... 😂 Influencers like shalini and Sarah are blessings to everyone... ✨✨and they are true influencers in every sense...

it's a very positive video...I personally had faced a lot of acne issue throughout my life and I still do sometimes. But I think now I know the reasons behind and how to take care of it with experience. I get hormonal imbalance with any dairy product and leaving dairy completely like milk, dahi, chaachh,paneer, cream or icecream completely has saved my skin wonderfully. I even stopped wearing makeup for the day, i keep it natural...The moment I wear concealer or powder for complete day by evening I could feel bumps on my skin due to clogging of pores..my natural skin has started looking better than the post makeup one...I don't even spend much on skin care and in serum or actives too...Keeping good gut health always show best on skin too....

Since then i started affirming positive things in front of the mirror and changed all my skincare products and i did see a difference and i am comfortable and happy with my real skin.😌

It took me 2 years to recover. The scars are still there cos so much acne at one place and as well as one side of cheek got some what flat cos f acne. I still believe that I will recover completely but it's a time taking process. Doctor said due to the hormonal Imbalances so yeah i still do not eat anything which cause me acne and pimples.
