The longest ive been single is in TF Physical separation which is 2.5 years. Before the journey i was thrust onto I'd been dating since age 18, I'm now 57 and the longest amount of time i was single was 5 months 😂 Codependency and trauma bonding is a biggie on this journey. Like you I ignored all the MASSIVE red flags. All narcissists too. Huge massive red flags. Im still friends with my last ex and i cant seem to break free from him. Im observing him right now and looking for all the signs hes still a narcissist which i know he is 😂
