If you are looking for study purpose or even for years it bit hard because if you don’t know german but still you can more than india i giving example of mine I learned deutsch from india so it help but as i am in my bachelor studies i have part time right now. Yes you can send money in india on student visa and if you come to germany 30k savings will look nothing until and unless if you are earning 1 lakh/ month in india also it depends on various things .
