In Berlin or Munich, if you want to live in a 3 room apartment (70 sqm), the rent, including bills, would be easily on average 1800 euros. So even with big salaries in big cities, you won't be able to save much. Also, 75K salaries would be with at least 2 years experience and in mostly IT sector. a fresher usually starts with 45k to 55K in most cases.

The basis a student without a job needs for a year in Germany is about 11.000,-€. And depending on the region (especially the rent) and how you want to live will add up. But on some websides (something with "Netto-Lohn' or 'Brutto-Netto') it is very easy, to calculate the net salary out of the gross salary.

18 k euro as saving, that's the per annum salary of many people in India, Anyhow nice realistic explanation. With that in mind Every country has its pros and cons Ex -USA people don't even get work visa because too many outsiders,soon Germany will also introduce such a policy to limit the outsiders. As legend says grass always looks greener on the other side.

Lagerhelfer, productionsmitarbeter etc mein bhi khub apply kar lia no success till now 😢 I've planned to move to Germany for work and can speak & understand German (German channels like ARD, WDR, BR24 etc at 1.5x too). I didn't imagine it would be so hard getting a job directly from India. Kept hearing about Fachkräftemangel etc but right now it seems like hiring is very very slow or non existent for juniors. My uni degree (Anabin recognised) is in CS but the tech slowdown is hitting hard for juniors so no luck there too... If anyone knows (legal) way to move to Germany for work pls advice 😢

Summary of video: - "With an annual salary of €75,000 in Germany, after deducting annual expenses such as social contributions (€30,000), Rent (€14,000), shopping (€4,000), groceries (€3,500), and miscellaneous expenses (€500), the total deductions amount to €55,000. This leaves a remaining balance of €20,000 annually. Converting the remaining balance to Indian Rupees (INR) at an exchange rate of 1 Euro = 90 INR, the savings amount to ₹1,800,000. Thus, the monthly savings are approximately ₹150,000." Watching From Italy 🎉🎉 Congrats So genuine video 💕 U Brother

One doubt... We are paying this much tax around 40 or something. Is there any situation or time when we can ask for tax return to us (not complete tax , a portion may be )...?
@bongingermany
@bongingermany 15 күн бұрын
40 percent is not completely tax. It contains many components. One is the pension contribution. Which can be withdrawn completely if you leave Germany before five years. After that, you will get it during retirement. Another component is the unemployment contribution, which you only get if you are laid off by the employer. Rest components are medical insurance and tax, which you cannot get back in cash, but you get back in kind. Some of the tax can be got back as tax return.

@@bongingermany Thanks for your reply. Let me reframe. So lets say I quit my job in sept 2024 and start applying to universities for 2025 intake. So there will be a gap of 6 months after i quit my job and before I get admit. Will this gap be a problem while securing admission? Like in India if we have career gap even it is not considered safe. Is it same in germany also
@bongingermany
@bongingermany 9 күн бұрын
no. This gap can be justified as your search period for the degree. But try to search while working, and leave once you get admission. Because it might happen that you do not get admit from any universities. Then if you do not have a job and search for another 6 months, your gap will increase .

@@bongingermany Yes but it's progressive. You are not taxed on your gross income. Until €10909 , your tax is zero. After that until €62000 your tax increases progressively. So your net tax comes somewhere netween 26%. After addition of insurance ,pensions and social care, it comes around 32%.

@@ajitpati9324 yes you are right. So I guess this video is not targeted for people earning 10000 euros per annum. Secondly, as I said, I have mentioned in the video that the 40 percent is “deductions” not just tax. I have given a breakdown of the components involved. Also, I don’t know who pays 32 percent in deductions. That is way too less. Maybe married couple where only one of them earns or one partner earns quite high than the other. For most people who are not in that category (either unmarried or married but both earn almost equal amounts) the deductions are almost close to 40 percent.

@@dexteryt5876 invested 3 years of my life and career in Germany bro. Aise hi chor nahi sakta. Also, I prepared myself for 3-4 months and gave numerous interviews, and thankfully have a job now. So, motivation and perseverance is always needed for anything in life.

I mentioned it’s in bigger cities like Munich and Berlin. I also mentioned that this amount is average and depends on factors like company, experience etc.

What are your thoughts on Ausbildung courses in Germany ( Nursing Ausbildung ) ? how much can I save ?

Starting salary of Krankenpfleger or nurse in germany is 2600 euro and after tax in hand salary is 1800 . 600 - 700would be the expense if you live in small city or town - that is rent = 250-300 ,groceries = 100-150, transport = 50,phone= 15-20 , health insurance = 120 . During Ausbildung in nursing you will get 1100 euro per month in first year. And this is the minimum expenses. I also want to do Ausbildung in nursing and currently doing b1 .
