Just in time! I love watching your videos when I wake up and drink my coffee! You’re so inspiring and motivating! I want to be successful when I’m older and your such a great role model Michelle! Have a blessed week! Also my family’s priority is to eat dinner together too! I’m trying to enjoy it before I leave for college. Cause I’ve realized these past few years that most families, especially today, don’t get to have dinner together or even spend time together.

I love coming home and cooking dinner! Cooking is one of my favorite things to do so it really helps me relax and decompress. I also totally relate to the eating dinner alone thing. My family always ate dinner together growing up and so it was a super weird thing to get used to, but one thing that helped me a lot is cooking dinner with my boyfriend! Like 2 nights a week we will make a new/favorite recipe together and eat together, and it just feels like I have my own little family even when I’m away from mine.❤️

Would you be able to talk about safety in New York City? Like feeling nervous walking alone, what areas not to live in, etc
@edithll27785 жыл бұрын
stephiesimply NYC is safe if you take the same precautions you would anywhere else. The great thing about NYC is everyone minds their business and sticks to themselves. However, don’t get so drunk you don’t know where you live or where are you going, don’t start fights no matter what neighborhood you live in and don’t hangout in parks after dark. You’ll be fine.

When I get home from work (I get off at 4:30 but my commute it almost 2 hours!!) so I get home around 6:30. After I eat dinner and clean up a little I will shower, put on my favorite lotion and skin care and such, and then I have like 10 battery tea lights around my room so I will put those on and watch some Netflix on my tv😊 All of my friends made fun of me when I bought tea lights but who is laughing now!! I definitely was able to relate to your eating alone feelings. My family always ate together and on busy nights when we ate seperate, we were always expected to still sit together and talk. When I lived in the college dorms, my roommate worked late hours nearly every night so I ate alone A LOT and it really affected me. So I can definitely relate to that change!!

I think usually an effective ab workout only needs 10-15 mins. She cooked a frozen dinner so that’s only a 15 mins cooking. Eating for me is usually 15 mins. Cleaning is also 15 mins for me. Counting all that, she has 2 hours to work, read and shower. Work was only replying emails so that could be a 20 mins effort depending on what she has. I think the timeline makes sense, but it’s impressive how focused she is. I would have gotten distracted by social media lol

Awesome to hear about your skin! I think that's called a skincare diet. All I recommend is that you make sure you're still moisturizing with a fragrance free very basic moisturizer (one that does not include coconut oil). If you just wash your face, this can lead to dryness and actually make your skin overcompensate for the dryness by becoming more oily. Maybe this is not happening for you, but this is the common advice I hear from people. So glad your skin is improving!

Hiya, a bit of skin care advice. I get bad acne, I have very oily skin and a skin care specialist told me that i must always moisturise as long as it's an oil free one. Always cleanse, tone and moisturise. Cleansing will remove the make up, toner takes and left over make up off and will close the pores. Also, I find that wipes don't remove all make up

Make up wipes are bad for your skin. They drag your skin. You won't start seeing the effects till later in life but they add wrinkles. You should moisturize no matter what also. Just use a very basic moisturizer with no fragrance.

May I suggest, Try doing a simpler morning routine and heavier night routine. I work 7 am and 8 am during the week. And finish 3 and 4 pm respectfully In the morning, I do light reading, affirmations and planner plus my morning coffee and shower. Just so I get my calm head space before work. I do my work outs after work as well as quick walk. I plan my week by day so each night I have a task to work on between cleaning, reading and creative things etc. this way I usually feel soooo accomplished by end of day and I’m usually knocked out by 11-11;30 latest

I was going to say that too but I wouldn't say ALL Americans it really is mostly tge younger generation & I know they "like" hate hearing that but I have a friend who is a college professor who teaches a speech class& I have a college student who took a speech class & part of it was they had to watch themselves after & see how many of the rules they broke...like using like & ummm. She was MORTIFIED and it really made her more conscious & quickly broke those habits.
