I got up early as usual and did meditation. I think it's best to listen to something that can make you feel relaxed and calm.

I really don’t drink tea. I usually drink warm milk with cinnamon to sleep and that calms me.

Do you add salt to the Daikon you are boiling? For how long do yo boil them?

Yes, and I boiled them for 20mins until they are soft
