MY UBER DRIVER KICKED ME OUT

As a former driver, I understand his frustration. He doesn't know whether you're telling the truth or not. All he knows for sure is you canceled the ride and reported him (whether by accident or not) and therefore you're not only affecting his money but also affecting his rating in the app. Because we deal with so many customers, unfortunately, there's no way in telling who is being honest and who is trying to scam us. I have had to kick several people out of my car for various reasons, but regardless of the reason no matter what they offer me, I am not taking them anywhere. Once I have decided you're no longer allowed in my car, that's it. On the other hand, I do understand how scary it can be being a woman on the street alone. I am glad you were able to get to a hotel and get home safely. And like you said, be patient and more careful when ordering several rides at once.

I’ve never done rideshare. Was there a way to unreport him? If so, I don’t think he had to be so nasty and put you out on the street. God forbid, if something bad could have happened to you.

yes i can understand why drivers get mad at you, you sound like your entitled and want your ride there within 5 minits, so you order both uber and lyft. this is why theres cancel fees. you dont need to be using rideshare
