They give you around 20 to 30 mins. Ideally you should write 2 pages.

No, they usually don’t but for interviews dress code should always be formal :)

Tbvh, I can’t say anything about it. All I know is that they highly encourage students with disabilities and underprivileged areas to apply for UGRAD.

That’s fine and completely understandable. We are not native speakers of English language and they don’t expect us to have that type of proficiency. All you need to have is conversational level English.

Muskan please guide as I received the Interview call as a shortlisted candidate. My profile is bit complicated like I am doing Job with my degree and Senior Education Counselor now. Will it be a negative point that the interviewer may consider that to give me a chance for this will be problematic for my Job. Or there will be no any issue as my employer will fully support me for this. Please guide me on it Please

Haha, yes, I do understand that the UGRAD timeline is long enough to make one forget the content of their SOP, but as long as you have written it yourself, you'll at least have an idea about your SOP.
