With regards to your question, If you're applying from outside the UK, you can apply for visa 6 months before your course start date. 3 months rule is applicable if you apply for visa from inside the UK. @@Dream_UK Acha Ritwik I had a doubt regarding visa filing. Suppose my parents are providing me the funds for my abroad studies and I'll be showing those funds into my account for 30 days. After holding for a month, I will then have to apply for my visa along with all the supportive documents. So will the visa department be looking for Income Tax Returns file? As I'm a fresh graduate, I don't have a ITR file. Do I need to show my parents ITR files or the process can go on with only the bank statements and consent letter from my parents? Please reply.

Maybe the problem was that you used many accounts statements . Your advice is right now to use only one bank statement . That is an easy task for the visa officer to grant visa . I am also going to apply visa this coming week and i am thankful for your advice . This will really help me in the visa process.

hello brother! i understood your flaws in the visa application just by listening your case cos i have also faced refusal from canada in 2012 since then I ve been studying canada immigration and giving free counselling to students for canada immigration. Though I do not know much about UK, the best advice I can give you is to involve authorised UK immigration advisor by UK govt. as for Canada we have ICCRC members or immigration lawyers. Because they have right to represent you to immigration and make your case simpler for visa officer. it might be possible for me to help you with but it is not possible over comment box.

It's unfortunate that you had to undergo this experience. I am certaint that consolidating all the funds to a single account should help resolve the issue. But the additional waiting time of 28 days will need to be met. I'm actually filling in the details for the UKVI application right now and want to thank you for sharing the idea of adding a covering letter to the financial documents to elaborate and provide details. I came across your channel a few days ago and found your mode of devlivery to be very precise and to the point. I want to express my gratitude and say thank you for making the videos and providing a wealth of information in them. Hello Aamir, thanks for your kind words. Yes, that's unfortunate and I learned about cover letter the hard way. It's even more frustrating to see my consultant saying nothing about it in the first place, because that could have saved me from wasting a lot of money, time, and energy. Since it's clear one can't completely rely on a study abroad consultant, I thought of sharing this information with everyone. Good to know this information helped you. This is what one should not do...... it is not advisable to put 3-4 bank statements in your application. Better to have all funds in 1 bank account only so that you don't face such issues.

Just to clear- There is no interview in VFS for VISA. You can't file VISA early. CAS is mostly given 2months before. 4 bank account statement was really not a good idea. Unfortunate. Best of luck👍👍

For me also was the same case bro. They said that I had insufficient funds, but they did not factor in the amount of sponsorship I received. So, I applied for the Administrative Review. I got the successful result the next month, but I received visa after 10 months. January '22 was my course start, and I came to the UK in November '22.

The biggest Mistake was not to pay the whole tuition! U should have paid the tuition and accomodation and then show the funds. They should be around 10 lakh something. So before applying pay the Tuition in WHOLE no amount must stand and sort the Accomodation- your UK VISA can never get rejected!! i am not sure if this will help you or you already are in UK doing your masters. Hope You are already doing your masters.

Sir mera visa refuse ho gya hai usme medical ka issue aya hai to humne 4august ka Administrative review dala hai abhi tak koi reply nhi aya hai ab kya Krna chaiye January intake k liye apply kre ya wait kre iss time administrative review ka result kitne din mei aa rha hai

I am super nervous now. Although all my documents are fair but axis bank didn't support me in getting the bank balance certificate as per the standard format which UKVI people demands. My batch is starting on 1st oct and I've give my UKVI biometrics yesterday on 18th aug. 😞🤞

Hello i got a mail from visa office like they are saying in that " Unfortunately, the processing of your application has not been straightforward and we will be unable to decide your application within our customer service targets. We are continuing to work on your application and aim to make a decision as soon as possible. We will write to you again if there is any change to this. Please do not attend the Visa Application Centre until you have been advised that your application has been decided and that your passport is ready for collection." This is what they are saying ,is there any chances of refusal in this cases

They might ask for additional documents or take further time to assess the information provided. I won't be able to tell what are the chances of rejection, as I don't know what is holding them from processing your info on time.

You cannot complete visa application without paying IHS. So if you have completed your application, that means IHS is paid. So, no proof required :)

Hi there , I have a question . one of my relatives is from India and reached UK but after 20 days now she realised that she doesn't want to continue in UK. and want to come back to India.... actualy she was forcibly convienced to go to UK she doesn't have information of her visa . can any type of visa stop her to come back to India when she wants to come back if yes then what's the name of that visa... we want to help her with visa details and come back to India. please suggest so we can take her back its a matter of her life. thanks in advance.
