Gatorade isn't a protein drink nor an energy drink!!!! It's for hydration, as it contains electrolytes and carbohydrates. It's meant to be used after high-intensity workouts, sports, etc.

I’d like to recommend Owyn protein and specifically the latte flavors. 180mg of caffeine and 20 grams of protein. 100% plant based as well

@@KonFilms I’d also recommend Upfront ice coffee, 113kcal, 1.6g sugar, 22g protein and 60mg caffeine. Although I’m not sure whether they also ship outside of The Netherlands. Their whole branding is about being upfront about their ingredients, as you can see from the packaging.

It is understandable to go off the diet and live a little, but as a film-maker, I feel it is so important to stay healthy and stay on track. Best of luck with the challenge!

You can get a cable pulley attachment for the squat rack to do your pull work. Also I’d recommend some metal wall protection for a few of the walls.

Hey, I had the same issue wth the S hooks on my boxingbag. I got myself 4 snaphook carabiners. That way you can still remove the bag with ease but it won't jump out.

@@asbjoern09 when I say that I’m talking calories as I’m not looking to deep dive into anything beyond that tbh. 140 calories is crazy for a drink that doesn’t provide anything useful like protein or caffine

​@@KonFilms You can get sugar free gatorade as well, but yes 140 calories are a lot when you are trying to lose weight, that is understandable. Although saying they don't provide anything useful is incorrect, they provide very important electrolytes for staying hydrated in a workout, and a much better electrolyte balance than prime.

@@KonFilmsgatorade has salt in it and to make it taste Half Nice they then put sugar in it. And its not completely bad because you sweat salt and then you can get some back from gatorade and the sugar is okay for some quick carbs. But there are Much better alternatives to these things but just to say that it isnt just completely useless.

@@asbjoern09 Precisely!! Nowadays, the focus is placed too much on drinks that are only useful if they contain protein and caffeine, without realizing that electrolytes are also an important factor when it comes to training to stay hydrated with drinks like gatorade.

do zone 2 cardio or hiit stuff and hip thrust 😜 to prepare for wedding . don't forget to go to physio for therapy to losen up if you train hard

Also using the ice bath after the workout is not ideal. Stops protein synthesis and hinders the inflammatory response to repair your muscle fiber

Hey i hope you see this but when you do deadlift and squat never use shoes bro you will always fail making the correct posture because we was not made for using shoes when we lift just good advice :D

Try Tracking Your Marcos Buddy Someone like yourself can probably start with 200G protein & 250g carbs and you should hold yourself at around 80 85Kg 💙👊

use my fitness pal @konstantin and run 50 to 80 grams ready break with 2 scoops of whey protein for breakfast, then 120g 5% mince and 120g jasmine rice at 10:00 and repeat that at 13:00 then 140g chicken breast for dinner in carb lite wraps and have 5x rice cakes as snacks 💪 and you should drop 2 lbs a week ish

@@CPCarpentry2022 I’m using MyFitnessPal at the moment and at the moment I’m managing to do 200g of protein daily with calories sitting around 1700 which I’m thinking to bump up to 2000 so I’m not loosing weight as fast as I did before.

@@KonFilms 1700 is incredibly low Kon. That's extreme Bodybuilding cutting. Your maintance is probably close to 2500, plus with the intense sidemen filming you could probably lose weight easily at that level and build strength
