Just tried this, my gf said its the best cocktail ive made so far, thank you! Just one thing, mine barely had any head on it and ive noticed this with whisky sours ive made. I wonder if that's because I double up recipes and theres too many ingredients in the shaker to get good airflow?

How would your recipe change when using your homemade passion fruit liqueur? Would you just interchange fresh passion fruit with the liqueur?

Great question, I wanted to keep this series as low prep as possible so haven’t actually combined the two… but I will in the future!

@@DANFELLOWScoffeecocktails Yes, I figured you didn’t want to include custom ingredients for this series. I’m curious, because my recipe for the Pornstar with homemade passion fruit liqueur (by your recipe) is fairly similar to the recipe in this video, but, as said, with liqueur instead of puree and slightly more simple syrup to adjust the acidity of the liqueur. Looking forward to your findings!

Do have a question though. The juice you use is pretty orange-y. Usually translates to sweetened juice. What are your thoughts about it? And which one do you use? Dole is not sweet and also not as orange.
