Using Heatup3 for 2 years, its like a nexus but for hip hop. Nice sounds, but presets packs are expensive.

For me its simple : low budget HEATUP + some preset... but keep in mind that, if you get like 5 preset bank... you are not so far from omnisphere retail price....... i think.... for the long term... you should get omnisphere, then keyscape.. . then trilian.

For all the macbook users if you have you laptop updated to catalina you won't be able to use any air music plugins cause they are 32 but application

Hey Nate, just so you know, if you get some of the arturia stuff on sale on their website it's even cheaper than plugin boutique because they give you a discount if you have some of their stuff already. Just a heads up for anyone looking to purchase Xpand2. If your using windows 10 2004 or newer xpand2 WILL CRASH YOUR SYSTEM. It will work perfectly on windows 10 1909 or older flawlessly.

@@Koookz its because AIR plugins still use pace "legacy" drivers. Which is causing a conflict with newer pace drivers. I've read you can install it in while the computer is in safe mode. I haven't tried and honestly I don't trust it. Only other option is installing a older version of windows 10 then install what air vst you plan on using then upgrade to a newer version of windows 10. I haven't tried this either. I've personally reached out to AIR about this they don't have a solution. Honestly they just need to update there vsts or drop pace all together. Same goes for installing pro tools 10 or 11.

@@xathomir Arturia Rev Intensity is my favorite overall reverb right now. It's beating Valhalla Vintage Verb most of the time which was my previous favorite. The whole bundle is excellent though. I paid $350 for it and I'm still not mad. There's so much good stuff in there. Not as good a deal as the synths but V Collection is awesome. Arturia is one of the few companies I buy everything they make. Just got Pigments which was the last to complete the collection.

it does work on some macs as well! Website says Mac OS X 10.8.4-10.14 (10.14 catalina not yet supported) . I’d suggest downloading the demo first and making sure it works before purchasing
