Nice review as usual Eric. I also wondered why only 50% carpark! Comparing Altura & Novo which one you think would give more profit upon selling after 5 years? Location wise, Altura is little quiet (good in the sense of noise) compared to Novo & within 1 km of future ACS Primary.

School is good. Just that is quite far from Tengah central and the carpark lots is one of the issue

want to highlight on the mrt again: car size of JRL trains.. 2.75m width vs all other mrts 3.2m.. slower than all mrts trains too.. passenger count per train is closer to LRTs than NE/red&Green. high chance that no aircon at station at all all these with 50% carpark..

First time in Singapore History EC with 50% carpark ! Indeed No vehicle oasis lol .Defintely a NO for car owners. How embarrassing when friends/relative with car want to visit, and then you tell them no car park slot. Is it because too noisy already with MRT, busy main road plus fighter jets so need to reduce noise even more by going 50% carpark...🤣

I think Altura n Lumina might better than this. My wife is a very light sleeper, i wonder how bad will be the gong gong mrt music, with the 50% cp and the temple beside me, I not going to try this.

Got 2 mrt (not LRT) when TOP within walking distance. Pro and cons. MRT noise not so worry but RSAF plane flying worst. I stay Hougang, going for this EC and RSAF follows me there 😅. Again, all ec there will be good points and bad lor.
