Nice review as usual Eric. I also wondered why only 50% carpark! Comparing Altura & Novo which one you think would give more profit upon selling after 5 years? Location wise, Altura is little quiet (good in the sense of noise) compared to Novo & within 1 km of future ACS Primary.

Hi Eric, last year you said Altura can potentially sell $1850-$1900psf, do you think Altura could potentially sell higher than the $2000-$2200psf that you predict for NOVO after MOP? Altura is within 1km from ACSP.

want to highlight on the mrt again: car size of JRL trains.. 2.75m width vs all other mrts 3.2m.. slower than all mrts trains too.. passenger count per train is closer to LRTs than NE/red&Green. high chance that no aircon at station at all all these with 50% carpark..

I think Altura n Lumina might better than this. My wife is a very light sleeper, i wonder how bad will be the gong gong mrt music, with the 50% cp and the temple beside me, I not going to try this.

Hi eric can i ask what is your reason for your low rating for the location? If its mainly the primary school, nearby got 1km to princess elizabeth primary which is a good primary school also

School is good. Just that is quite far from Tengah central and the carpark lots is one of the issue

Hi Huat Kway, Thanks for the review of NOVO. MOP inclusive of construction in 8 years , look far. Copen Grand owner here, for us 6 more years 😢. Interested in the Novo pricing after MOP, $2k to $2.2k PSF.. Woo.. That is high.. Not too sure if Copen Grand will hit this amount when MOP 😅

First time in Singapore History EC with 50% carpark ! Indeed No vehicle oasis lol .Defintely a NO for car owners. How embarrassing when friends/relative with car want to visit, and then you tell them no car park slot. Is it because too noisy already with MRT, busy main road plus fighter jets so need to reduce noise even more by going 50% carpark...🤣

Got 2 mrt (not LRT) when TOP within walking distance. Pro and cons. MRT noise not so worry but RSAF plane flying worst. I stay Hougang, going for this EC and RSAF follows me there 😅. Again, all ec there will be good points and bad lor.
