Eric shi fu, you put 1650-1700 for the units in general. But the 3 and even 4 bedrooms close to 1800 or even higher. You think should wait for the pricing to be more realistic?

Hi Eric, what is the reason for having 3 different calculators for < $1m, $$1m-$1.5m and $1.5m to $3mil? Is it because DP are different for 3 category? Your DP formula is at 31%, 32% and 33% respectively. Thanks so much in advance
