The Subnautica playthrough videos underperformed, so it pushed him away from it, but I believe Spiff has picked up a few older new media watchers who miss some of the earlier days of playthroughs on youtube. Spiff being such a laid back gamer who can experience even some older games as brand new would definitely entertain. P.s. Subnautica is a bit grindy to see the real endings, so it doesn't lend itself to a blind playthrough when you have limited streaming hours and are trying to entertain a crowd unused to base-building survival grind. I think their are a number of games that might be a smidge better for the streaming. (A number of older rpgs lend themselves well to for-flavor challenge runs while still allowing you to enjoy the well crafted game, within the horror genre SOMA is great if you take it seriously and engage with the story) P.p.s Suggesting for Spiff is a little difficult as I'm realizing I'm totally unsure what he would play if he had like 3 hours to kill and wasn't grinding for a challenge.

I think it's because there are multiple GONG sounds. The one where the text explaining appeared sounded different from the more common one, or at least it did to me. Or maybe he did get rid of it? I'm not sure, I've been out of the Sploop for months.

It's so crazy how long I've been watching Spiff's content. he has literally been getting me through college, and he doesn't even know it. I started watching him in the summer of 2022, and hearing him say it's been almost 2 years is crazy. Poppy was what introduced me to Spiff, so this video means a lot to me. it reminds me how far I have come since my entire life turned upside down, and I know that future Spigg playing Chapter 3 will bring me a lot of peace. thank you for giving me this much needed reminder that I am doing okay, even if that sounds a bit kooky crazy!

I just had a really cool idea for the final mommy chase. When you hide from mommy in the oven, what if her webs are holding the door open so you have to light the fire to scare her off. The fire ignites all of mommy’s webs and mommy herself, disfiguring her like melted plastic. Then during the final chase you are running from mommy while she’s almost falling apart. Her face melting off, her arms dripping and sticking to the walls, her voice screaming in rage and pain trying to catch you.
