I love how you are being the fragrance of Christ in this very chaotic, evil world. Our 39-year-old son grew up in the church and was a worship leader. Then one night a guy in the college group offered our son meth and now he is a homeless drug addict across the country in California. My heart is so grieved on most days but the Holy Spirit is my Comforter. I pray God's word for him and I choose to meditate upon God's word for myself daily. I'm sure your mom is so full of joy that you are a follower of Christ. 🩷

One of my favorite online pastors is Tim Dilena, Senior Pastor at Times Square Church. He told about a time he visited South Korea for a large Christian conference. One day on the bus to go to "Prayer Mountain," he happened to learn he was sitting next to a young new pastor who could speak English. In the conversation, Pastor Tim asked the young man how much he reads the Bible. (I can't remember the exact wording.) The young pastor's eyes filled up with tears and he said, "Please pray for me! I read the Bible only once a month," feeling ashamed. Pastor Tim said, "You mean you read it from start to finish once a month?" and the man answered and asked, "Yes. Please pray for me! How much do you read the Bible?" Pastor Tim said, "Well, this isn't about me. We are talking about you," because he was feeling too prideful to admit that he did not read the Bible as much as this young pastor. (I love listening to Pastor Tim because he is so intensely convicted and so humble and tells on himself all the time.)

I've read through the Bible from beginning to end and it took me 2 years and I don't regret the time it took me to do it because I took it slowly. Now I'm doing reading through the Bible in a year and it'll be nice to read it throughout the entire year, but I can tell already that it's not as deep and thorough as taking it line by line

Oh my golly. I would also be so happy to win the teen study Bible that you showed last. I love that you have the tabs on the top and have added a little of your own personal touches. I've been walking with the Lord for 46 years and you'd think I would know everything in the Bible but now that I am 71 I've been diagnosed with stage 2 Alzheimer's and some things in the Bible that I've always known are not coming to my memory so easily. Maybe a simple teen Bible would have notes that are easier to understand. Whatever God has for me and my husband is wonderful. We will also be happy for those who are blessed with one of your giveaway Bibles. How gracious and generous of you. The Bible is the best gift you could give anyone. 🌸💖

I know that God has given you different talents that I could never compare to. 🥹🩷 Also, I get a lot of inspiration from other artists and Pinterest! If you're talking about the Bible that has full pages of colorful artwork...those would just be prints that I've glued in! Sometimes I just copy other artists to practice, as I'm developing my own style too. Ultimately, we all spend time with God and worship God differently, and that's totally okay! We cannot all be hands, or all be feet ;)

If you love collecting Bibles, i recommend the CJB- The Complete Jewish Bible. Its old and new testament. It connects the two, explaining the feasts, high lighting messianic prophesy in both old and new, and showing Jesus throughout! It has become my go-to Bible, and I just tip in my longer notes.

This is awesome! I have recently begun returning to the faith and feel myself wishing for more in life. I have, however, always loved the Bible, and Bibles in general! I still remember when I got a Korean one at a booksale, and the Danish one that has been in my family for generations (printed I believe in the late 1800's). I recently got the Orthodox Study Bible and a copy of the Vulgate (I'm studying latin :)). I also have a copy of the New Testament in Ancient/Koine Greek and I hope to one day get an Old Testament in Hebrew and a Septuagint in Greek as well! As you can tell I love learning languages, but I still need Bibles in Russian, Spanish, and French! Wish me luck on my collecting haha! Loved the video!

Your video just came across my recommendations and I currently have about 3 bibles and I’ve been wanting to go buy another one but I feel bad due to not finishing them but after watching your video and the way you talk about the love you have for your bible collection made me want to read much more and get more to keep studying and understanding the word. thank you for your video. Aww Bri, thanks so much for being here. I’m really honored and humbled by your kind comment! God has just revealed so much to me personally when I’ve spent time with Him in the Word and meditating on it and learning more about it (through study helps and sermons and podcasts) so I think it shows when I talk about His Word. He so so so loves us it’s actually insane. May the Lord bless you and guide you in your pursuit of Him. May you have a hunger and thirst for more of Him, and may the Holy Spirit whisper new insights to you in a way that illuminates the Bible to you. 🥹🫶🏼 blessings!!

Thank you for sharing your Bible collection. After watching the video, I ordered the young woman’s after God’s own heart Bible and NIV, journal of the word floral Bible. While I am not a young woman, I am in desperate need of insight into the Bible by women that doesn’t necessarily always lead to wife/mother. I’m also reading the entire New Testament this year through the Daily Grace Co., and the NIV pocket Bible will allow me to put my notes there. I cannot express to you enough how much your reiterating Jesus’s love for us means to me and how much your words about him reaches so many of his followers. Just thank you. ❤️🙏😘

I agree that I think a downfall in most women's Bibles is that they relate to being wife/mom...which I understand. These are roles and identities many women identify with, but it leaves out a lot of women, too.
