As you guys requested, here's my current faves list, from styling to washing, these are my go-to products in my bathroom at the moment!
One point of clarification worth mentioning, I cover 6 different shampoos, you may wonder why I don't simply use the one for hair loss, or the one that makes my hair shiny and healthy looking, the reason is because each brand of shampoo and conditioner contain different ingredients, one may be for hair loss, another for smoothness and nourishment, etc. It's best to use a combination, as using only one brand ignores the other needs our hair and scalp have.

You are just so pretty. Honestly. Your ‘thin’ hair is barely a flaw because it can’t distract from how gorgeous you are!

Lylah Kay Probably cause your videos have made me feel so much calmer/better as a brown woman with hair loss. It’s never spoken about in our community! You deserve it. 💕

I’m 57 and my hair started to thin off & on since 19 ( heredity crown loss & hormones) I have always muddled on but it has been very difficult at times. I tried a variety shampoos & dry shampoos etc. But your video has inspired me to finally purchase a fibre and give it a go!! Thank you 🙏 so much for sharing your hard earned knowledge.

As an Aveda Employee: you can use Scalp Benefit Conditioner on the scalp as well 😇 give it a try 😉 Focus majority of the conditioner on the ends and the remaining on the scalp.

👋 for the rootz powder, can you get away with the dark brown color when using just a bit with a topper? Or would you say black is better for your hair color?

Will you ever go back to Rogaine? And what about laser helmet therapy, did you find any of those things really make a big enough difference?
@Kaesia
@Kaesia 4 жыл бұрын
I will never go back on Rogaine. Revivogen, Aveda and some other brands have created their own scalp treatments like Rogaine but definitely not as abrasive. I did laser for a while, helmet and then the comb which I still own. I personally found it worked moderately (if at all), at the time I was also on Viviscal and Rogaine and totally changed my diet/lifestyle habits. Laser is meant to help AGA and not TE, so looking back, Im not sure how effective it actually was, and that's why I dont even bother using my $700 comb 🤷‍♀️

How often do you wash your hair? When young I had to wash mine daily because it was so thin the oiliness was very visible. I’m assuming with using fibre and dry shampoo it lasts longer?

I got a question. If you use hair fibers, will you wash your hair every day? I would like to try Rootz Cover up or hair fibers, but I do not wash my hair everyday. Do you think the leftover powder or fiber will hurt my scalp?

How often do you wash your hair? And is it safe to color? I think my thinning is hormonal 😪 three months of hair fall I’ve lost about 50% of my beautiful thick hair and I’m devastated

My doctor wants to put me on rogaine but it’s making my hair fall more. My hair falls due to what i think is stress do you recommend any of these specifically? I know you have been to many specialists I have been too but none have given me actual solutions 😫
@Kaesia
@Kaesia 4 жыл бұрын
So I personally dont encourage Rogaine, though I did do a generally positive review years ago. With that said, Rogaine often causes some shedding at first which may be what you're experiencing. But it shouldn't last for more than a few weeks at most, and you shouldn't have any irritation etc., if so you should probably stop. In terms of treatments, I cover so many on my channel, its up to you which one you think it best based on the information I provide. I really dont like to recommend specific products, some are pricey, some dont ship to your area, some have side effects etc. Generally I swear by these products, having a good diet, managing stress, exercising, multivitamin, and just taking care of your mind and body.

Would it be possible for you to provide links o where you made your purchases? Especially things like Revivogen Shampoo + Conditioner or the boost and blendz. I know i could google this myself, however i am weary about online shopping so i would rather have a reliable source. Thank u!!!
@Kaesia
@Kaesia 4 жыл бұрын
aww, so I intentionally left it out because each company has a site that sells these products, or some of them are on amazon. I have viewers from all over the world so I didnt want to put links that may not ship to their location, for some amazon is better etc. You should be able to purchase from their sites directly!

@Kaesia

I didnt do anything during pregnancy in fear of products effecting the fetus. Post partum I'm not doing much YET, I have plans to start back with my Trichology but for now these are the products I use, plus a well balanced diet, stress management, and a multivitamin.
