I have a question in general…I love all the relations and rollups you have. Does your Notion get slow on the desktop app? I didn’t think mine was too complicated but it is getting slow on desktop. Maybe it’s because I have a bunch of different views of the same master task database sorted different ways depending on what I need it for. My other question is do you use Notion often on mobile? Same things the master task database views keep messing up and resetting back to the original on mobile. Thanks! I’m really trying to make it my all in one solution!!

Great question! Mine is s tiny bit slow, but not in a way that has been negatively impactful for me. One of my goals is going to be to go through and delete views and projects that are inactive or complete. I'm also going to potentially go back through and delete complete tasks. I'll let oyu know how effective that is as a solution and if I find it works well, I'll record a video on it! As for mobile, I'm REALLY not a mobile user for Notion! I only really use it for quick capture when I'm on the go or for grocery shopping! Hope that helps!

@@coachellyn lol, I’m going through and trying to delete pages and things I’m not using too. There’s a lot in my trash I need to empty 😀 as I try things out. I have been sending completed tasks to a completed tasks database to get them off the master task list and moved all the project tasks off into their individual projects which seems to help. I am TRYING to simplify, it’s just so fun to get everything related and synced up. Thanks for replying, glad I’m not the only one who can’t use the mobile app.
