Thank you for the info about that kit with hollow shaft. The most satisfying on prostock is just roller position adjustment, and parts combination u can use does a drastic change on how the cars performs. I do the lower rollers at the tail in front and the upper at the back to counter the course out from lane changer, also we usually dont use the skid bars to adjust the airtime of jumps during slope for it to land exactly at the end of each slope so they would not bounce at highspeed. Hope this helps 😊

Nice prostock build. Yes it’s quite famous here in philippines.

Typical prostock setup here in PH Front roller - double plastic rollers (then bend it forward for downthrust) Rear rollers - 2 pairs of 13mm with rubber o-ring (serve as brakes on corners) Motor - either lightdash or hyperdash

Our club doesn't really run box stock, but only pro stock. I find it a much easier class to deal with than box stock because my cars parts get all mixed up and switched around so I can never remember what belongs to what, ha.

I always find myself questioning Tamiya's color choices... like why does the Brocken Gigant come with yellow wheels and not red? Some events allow mixing and matching while others are very strict and don't allow that.

So far I've only seen people use either Torque or Light Dash since this isn't exactly like Tuned or BMAX where you have brakes and dampers Also any of the Advanced Kits can't be used except for the Car, Motor and Rollers(I think the advance kits use the box stock rollers but correct me if I'm wrong). Not sure about Hollow Shafts though, never used them in Prostock since I'm also new to Prostock(I'm also from the Philippines lol)

I know someone who's been tearing up the Pro Stock backyard races here on the East Coast with his Pro Stock cars running HyperDash and PowerDash. He's competed against open class cars quite successfully with them. He's even beaten me at the podium (him Gold, me Silver). He's found that magical combination that works well.
