I lived in the middle of coffee and rubber plantation. Usually there will be some durian trees in coffee plantation. Those plantations were owned by Chinese in my country. I lived in my own house surrounded by plantation and fruit trees like durian and rambutan. Watching this brings back childhood memories.

Your house looks lovely, in the midst of greenery. The rising sun's radiant rays, above the horizon is simply enchanting. The streaks of rays on the white clouds giving it a light golden colour is bewitching. Nice to see the princesses enjoying themselves at the waterfalls. The whole landscape is truely very, very beautiful. We had large rubber plantations in Malaysia. Early rubber tappers in Malaysia were Indians, from India. Many return to India after Malaysia got Independence from the British. Then the rubber plantations were sold to various smallholders. When the plantations were big, there were roughly about 100 to 150 families in a plantation. Some plantations had 3 to 4 divisions so the families were more. Latex collected from the cups was filled into pails and taken to the factories. It was weighed, then the latex was poured into big containers and mixed with formic acid, then poured into rectangular trays to coagulate the latex. The next day, it was run through a press which flattens it into rectangular sheets, which were taken to the smoke house to be dried. When completely dried into a brown colour, they were checked and graded, as the perfect ones with no tiny holes were first grade ones and cost more. The latex brought to the factory, were first weighed because the tapper got his wages, according to the amount of latex he brought in daily. I am able to give you this information because my teacher took our class of students for a tour to a large rubber plantation and an oil palm plantation. You may get annoyed to hear me repeat, that your video rekindled my past memories. Even watching the rising and setting sun was my favourite past time. I lived in a small town named Teluk Anson remaned Teluk Intan (in the State of Perak) after independence. The Perak river is at the end of the town, my best friend and I used to cycle to the river side and sit on concrete benches and watch the beautiful sight. It would look like a multicoloured painting above the horizon. Oh, my God, I think, I got a bit carried away. Sorry. Thank you dear, for a delightful video. Lots of love to you and kutties.😍😘😘😘

I am living in Teluk Intan,too. The rubber estates were transformed into oil palm plantations. The Selabak,Nova Scotia and Jendarata estates are still there. Foreign workers have replaced the local Indians,as the local Indians mostly migrated to urban areas.(md Iqbal).
