It’s always interesting to watch villager hunts but the sad fact is that the villager you are looking for might be in your “move-in que”, which means they will never appear to you on a hunt or at the campsite and can only be acquired via auto filling the plot. :/ I personally just learned about this feature but since I don’t do big villager hunts I have no idea if the one I’m looking for right now (Apollo) is in my move-in que. I just have to keep going and hope he’s not. Good luck finding Filbert! :)

I had this happen to me on my dreamie peppy hunts. So many duplicates and a few non peppy dreamies. It was hard but I managed to get Audie. And my friend also wants filbert but has yet to find him
