Yeah of course! Just get your oven to 200c and bake for around 15 mins 👍

Hi there, the recipe doesn’t say how many it feeds. I made it last week for me & husband and it was amazing but not much sauce left over to drizzle over. I want to do it again for 4 people - can I just double or even quadruple the sauce ingredients so I have enough to drizzle over? Great recipe & looks posh for guests 😊

Hi lynne - yeah this usually feed around 2-3 people. So double up on the ingredients. And don’t add all the sauce - add enough to just coat the salmon and leave the rest to drizzle over! Enjoy!

Sure is - chicken will require more cooking time but the sauce will work with chicken too 👍

What type or brand of 5 spice?

I used “Schwartz Chinese 5 spice seasoning”- but any brand will work 👍
