I used tail pieces of sockeye salmon I caught in Alaska. Thinner chunks and ready after 5 minutes. Don’t overcook wild salmon! Absolutely fabulous recipe. Used baking soda instead of cornstarch . Used Old Bay. Trying many recipes for a lot of salmon we brought back. One of the best!

This is delicious! Once it came out the air fryer the family devoured it. Including my 5 year olds. They asked for seconds. So I didn’t even get a chance to make the sauce. I also forgot to add the baking soda and the skin was still crispy.

I don't know how I stumbled across your channel, but that salmon looks amazing. The only thing is, I don't think it needs to air fry that long.
