I just watched this twice, back to back. Those thrift stores and antique shops were my dream come true. The prices were amazing!

Loved your video from the farm house on Boone. Especially enjoyed the tour of the thrift shop. I enjoyed the lavender farm. Is that in your vision for yours. What fun it was for all you ladies. I also enjoyed your music in this video.
@TIDBITSandCompany2 жыл бұрын
Thanks Anita! The shopping was so good, and it was probably a good thing I was limited to what I could buy! We would love to do something similar for our lavender farm. It feels so big and grand, it is hard to fathom as possible - but you never know! I feel like our community would benefit from it greatly though! I really love the idea of doing workshops and a place for people to come and create. Big dreams!

Oh Cami!!!! First, What a lovely journey! The treasured company, The Lavender, The finds, Wow!!!!! And oh My, the fully investigated at the airport!!!! 😂 Hysterical!!!! All your finds are Just Right! When you were at the Lavender farm, I could see you & your family walking out your Lavender dream. Oh, maybe I can be your first customer when you open all things Lavender. ☺️ So glad you all had the loveliest time.

Thank you sweet Rosa! Yes, the airport made me very anxious! Any you are right, I was so very inspired by that lavender farm. Hubs and I have talked about such dreams, but they feel very grand and like we would need lots of money!! But who knows - perhaps some day. And you'll definitely have to be my first customer! Haha!

That was a fun trip! I was, of course, drooling over all the antiques and thrift store goodies. I loved some of your finds, the little home picture was probably my favorite. I have had the We Help Daddy book for probably longer than you’ve been alive. I have a collection of children’s books with that illustrator, Eloise Wilkin. And it’s funny about the little bowling pin game. I have a collection of bowling pins of different sizes as well. I just put them in a box to get rid of, but I love the shape. Yours are super cute! Thanks for sharing your trip. I wish I had the names of those places you found. Next time I drive through Missouri, I will be on the lookout!

Such a warm, beautiful, welcoming home. I suppose I could use those same adjectives for this wonderful group of vloggers. I love that the home is not overdone. There are clear spaces for the eye to rest. And it also doesn't look like an antique store, the way some homes do. It is beautiful, authentic and so lovely!
@TIDBITSandCompany2 жыл бұрын
I agree with you so much!!! I've been in many old homes that felt like an antique store and while it is interesting, I don't think it would work well for a family of 9! It was so refreshing to be in her home. I too loved that there was plenty of "white space". It was such a treat and I'm glad you took the time to see Lisa's home with me!

The best thrift store around! That Phenomenal lavender is a French x intermedia. Strong fragrance used for oils. Not suitable for cooking. You would use Lavandula angustifolia; the English lavender for cooking. I grow both varieties here in the metro area is Denver. The English lavender is easier for beginners. Thanks for sharing Cami! 💝
@TIDBITSandCompany2 жыл бұрын
