I love the P2 S80s! Super under rated. Sadly overshadowed by the awful 4 speed combined with the 2.8 T6. Thankfully, your 2.9 is the proper engine for that transmission.

The best. Bought an 05 S60R. Much, much better than lots of plasticky and boring new cars...Had choice of new cars to 100K GBP. But, old S60/V70 much better than anything new..

Beautiful. I just restored a 2006 S60 R - clean Carfax, but needed work- I'm the 6th owner. No performance mods- also it's an Automatic.

Great Car! Would like more content about this car, especially interior, leather seats, mileage/price, pov rides, etc. (Oh yes, and leave it as it is in its original, untouched condition!) Great looking caR! I'm a fellow '07 R owner in the V70R variant. Mine is a workhorse and is in much rougher condition but I love it nonetheless. I picked up some great accessorizing ideas for mine, so thanks! For your intercooler, did you leave the software stock for that?

Thank you! You have a 1 of 345 MY07 V70R! Hey, all R's are great R's. Workhorse or not. Glad you enjoyed the video! I hope you implement some of my accessories. Yes, I left the stock tune with the intercooler. It's faster than quoted so you might gain a little bit of power. A tune will help, a lot, though.

@@TheVolvoOwner I've heard that 345 number thrown around but not sure if it's NA or global. And, how many of those were original manuals? Mine is a factory M66 so its yet another reason it's a keeper! You mentioned that the air cooling ducts are from an XC70, were those original equipment on those? Because the individual parts are discontinued.

@@joec7546 345 for the NA market. Not sure on manual count, though, it should be about 1/3rd. Yes, Genuine Volvo brake duct parts. They are no longer available new.

Did the do88 IC help a lot with a no tune? I’m thinking of getting one for my T5 since I live in desert weather, but getting conflicting advice since mine is not an R so it wouldn’t be worth the $700. I see it as a preventative maintenance item as well.

Yep, and the comfort alone is worth the money. I got mine on sale from ReVolv. I recommend purchasing one, for sure! T5’s could use the lower IATs, and shucks...all turbocharged cars could

I did the Intercooler and Oil Cooler myself. It took about 6 hours and I paid $600 in total for both items. I just rolled over 104k yesterday! I bought it with 92k.
