Being a Russian living in Denmark, I must say you two must’ve blended in so well :D most Russian girls would prefer to look a bit more stylish than comfortable, that’s just how our culture is :) and about the bird man - he would’ve given it to your friend, but I’m glad you handled the situation so effortlessly gracious. Russian guys come across somewhat pushy, because they just do things, communication isn’t necessarily the strongest skill. It comes from a good place mostly, but I definitely can see why foreigners would feel like he wanted to steal the bag 😅 Anyway, very lovely blog, great job Freddie :)

Oh my gosh this made me laugh so much! Before we left the hotel the men that worked at the hotel told us we had to be extra extra careful because there are so many thieves! So I was like I am NOT letting go of this bag haha! Thank you for the lovely comment ❤️

Great vlog! I know russian (though I am not from there). The guy told in russian “I don’t want your bag, give it to your friend, so you can have a photo” (likewise, he was quite embarassed then Freddy told “I wont give my bag”. Looks like he is a nice guy, trying to help...he didn’t deserve blames on him.

astroganx23 calling someone a bitch is extremely rude, she wasn’t being disrespectful at all. There was nothing wrong with Freddy being careful about her bag. She said herself that the people working at the hotel she was staying at warned her that there was a lot of thieves around there at the time. In many large cities people will try to snatch your things in plain sight! It definitely doesn’t seem like that’s what this man was doing, but you just can’t try to take peoples’ bags off their wrists no matter how innocent it seems. It has nothing to do with feminists. If that was a woman trying to take her bag everyone would feel the same. Drink some milk and take a nap.
