Vit.D is lipophilic, therefore when you’re taking it on an empty stomach it’s not being absorbed efficiently. Try taking it after breakfast or after a big meal instead 😊. But love your videos :))

Hey Elena, I noticed you use Things 3. Have you heard an app called Notion? It's a new one that does note taking, wiki-ing, to do list, etc. all in one. I first found out about it from some other Cambridge Vloggers like Ali Abdaal. I've only started using it myself but so far I've found it immensely helpful! Hope you like it :)

Hi! There's also other parts of my life which I don't show on here. I can't really show you guys when I hang out outside while I'm at home since I'm also trying to keep it private where I live and going public places isn't really an option at the moment thanks to corona :)

(Plus i never said you are unable to see ur friends.) And about the latter, well i dont think u can finish med school if u dont prioritise ur studies.
