I know exactly how you feel regarding how you felt, I am currently in that phase. I had baby no 2 last year and my body just blew up. I don’t even want to talk about my stomach 😢 I find it hard to look at myself in the mirror, it hurts. This video inspired me so much ❤ I’m going to start coz I also just turned 29 and I want to do this for myself 😊

First off..Well done honey. I also went on my weighloss journey on the 2nd of November 2020 before turning 30 (My birthday is on the 13th). Had the same thoughts as you. I went from wearing size 40 to Size 34 in about 5 months. Kept it off. Still maintaining it.

Hi zee,thus tru easy way to loose drink tea or coffee(black), after 12:00 make smoothies of your choice,then continue by drinking water,then have your supper of your choice,but avoid lot of starch do this for a week you will see the difference ❤❤❤
